This secures your exclusive spot on the card, ensures your competitors won’t be marketed to, and maintains fairness for the other businesses on the shared card. This upfront commitment prevents last-minute disruptions that could affect the group.

Our design team can create a custom design for you, or you can provide your own design based on our size guidelines. If you choose to submit your own design, please send us your logo (in vector format), any coupon offers, contact details, and any other information you’d like included in the ad. You will be able to revise the design up to 3 times.

If you don’t respond within 48 hours, we’ll assume the ad is approved and ready to proceed. This is outlined in our terms of service and helps us maintain the schedule for the entire group of businesses. Thank you for your understanding!

When the area has more than 10,000 addresses, we rank all the addresses by income and select the top 10,000 mailboxes with the highest income to receive the postcards.

The cost is kept low by grouping several non-competing local businesses on the same postcard. This way, the expenses for printing and mailing are shared among all the participating businesses. This cooperative approach significantly reduces the cost for each individual business.

Direct mail can feel costly because it includes expenses like design, printing, and postage, which have been increasing over time. However, it’s important to consider the value it delivers. Direct mail is known for offering a very high exposure, especially for local businesses. Large-format postcards, like the ones we offer, are designed to stand out, providing an affordable way to capture your audience’s attention without competing with digital noise.

Our Postcard boasts a 100% open rate because every recipient automatically sees the ad when they receive the postcard. Unlike coupon envelopes or ads hidden in magazines, which people might ignore or miss, the postcard ensures your message is directly in front of the recipient with no competing ads in same industry.

The postcards are mailed as standalone pieces, with postage paid directly by us. They are not enclosed in envelopes, newspapers, or other mailers. Because the postcard is open and immediately visible, it creates a branding opportunity as soon as the recipient sees it—whether or not they take advantage of the coupon or offer included.

It’s unlikely that all the spaces won’t be filled, as there are many local businesses in the community. However, if the spaces aren’t filled by the estimated deadline:

  1. Two-Week Extension: There is an additional two-week window to try and fill the remaining spots.
  2. Minimum Participants: If at least 10 businesses sign up, the Co-Op card will proceed as planned.
  3. Refund Option: If fewer than 10 businesses join, your purchase will be refunded.
